Trex Floor overhang problem 2 Years, 7 Months ago
I am building a ground level floating deck with deck blocks up against my house. I am using Trex floor boards which are very flexible. I can only get the joists about to come within 7 or 8 inches of the house and that is too much over hang given the flexibility of the flooring. What can I do to support those floor boards next to the house? I was thinking of gluing a board to the slab and putting small cinder blocks or bricks underneath it for extra support. Or possibly screwing a board on to the slab but I think that would be overkill. Any ideas?

Thanks,
MJ
