How do I get the plans for this exact deck? (Aalto & Blanca Guevaran Deck of the Month Winner: December, 2001)
We want to use your products so that we don't have to dig into our extremely rocky soil! Your stuff is going to be a life-saver as well as major time-saver!

That looks like a side pool deck modified to have stairs in a different location. You could modifiy the side pool deck yourself but if you don't feel comfortable you want to get a deck designed from www.customdeckplans.com . It will cost a little but you will get the plans you want.
