Why can I place a shed on the Floating Foundation Deck System but not an Arbor?

Answer:

A shed is not considered a habitable or occupiable structure. The solid walls of a small garden shed can be securely attached to the deck with no large up-lift loads. Arbor's can create up-lift loads and should not be used with this system.
